ORSIL GEYSER BLACK
As the name indicates this is a unique product specially designed for inner pots of Geyser / Water Heaters preventing the base metal from corrosion and hot water.
- Application: Air assisted Spray Gun.
- Curing: 200°C for 20 minutes. / 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Film Thickness: 35+-5 microns.
- Theoretical Coverage:9.7 Sq M / Kg / Coat with 100% transfer efficiency
- Practical Coverage:Allow appropriate loss factor.
ORSIL GREY MM
Developed for two coat system for various applications like Generator and Automobile Silencers, etc. where high temperature are prevailing up to 600°C.
- Application: Air assisted Spray Gun.
- Curing: 220°C for 20 minutes / 200°C for 30 minutes
- Film Thickness: 25+-5 microns.
- Theoretical Coverage: 10.4 Sq M / Kg / Coat with 100% transfer efficiency.

ORSIL INTERNAL GREY
Developed coating formulation for internal areas of silencers with good corrosion resistance after achieving high temperature stress.

ORSIL 35 HR PRIMER
It is a unique primer based on a special grade of silicon epoxy binder to be applied with heat resistant top coat for the protection of silencers, mufflers, exhaust, and chimneys at temperatures up to 600°C. Specially developed for high corrosion resistance under high-temperature stress.

ORSIL AIR DRY HR BLACK/GREY
This is a unique product specially designed to withstand heat resistance up to 500 – 550°C, since it is an air-dry product, it saves energy costs required for ovens in baking-type products.
- Application: Air assisted Spray Gun.
- Curing: Air dry for 72 hrs (Final curing and HR properties will be achieved only after achieving actual service temperature).
- Film Thickness: 25+_5 Microns

ORSIL HR AIR DRY SILVER
